Sausage/Gravy Breakfast Casserole

1 12 oz. can buttermilk biscuits(Pillsbury Grands)

6 eggs

2 pkgs McCormicks original country gravy mix

1 lb. Jimmy Deans Hot breakfast sausage

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 pan.

Brown and crumble the sausage in skillet and drain thoroughly.

Cut biscuit dough into 1 inch pieces, and line the bottom of the pan.

Layer cooked sausage over the biscuit pieces.

Spread cheese over sausage.

Whisk eggs and milk, add salt and pepper and pour over all.

Make 1 pkg of gravy according to instructions, poor over everything.

Bake 30-45 minutes, or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through

Prepare extra gravy packet.

Serve casserole warm with extra gravy!
